Abstract
In this study, beta-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) was synthesized from lettered olive seashells by chemical precipitation technique. Nanofiber membrane was obtained from the synthesized bioceramic-added polycaprolactone (PCL) solution by electrospinning technique. Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), X-Ray Powder Diffraction (XRD), Fourier-Transform İnfrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Cell Viability (MTT), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Tensile tests and analyzes of synthesized bioceramics and membranes were performed. The membranes obtained will be used for multi-purpose applications in the textile sector.
